Zero Air Generator

Zero-stage air Generator uses a new high-performance catalyst, with better hydrocarbon removal effect, faster speed, and a use temperature of 400℃, which is more safe to use.

Working Principle

After the compressed and dry air enters the generator, it is oxidized in a stainless steel furnace filled with a metal-accepting metal catalyst to obtain pure air with a content of hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide of less than 0.1 ppm. Pure air enters the third-stage purification with molecular sieves. After removing 99.99% of air particles with a particle size of 0.5 microns, a dry, pure zero-grade air is finally formed.
