Introduction:
The fiber reinforced hose unit consists of a single-screw plastic extruder, an inner tube head, an outer tube plastic coating head, a cooling water tank, a crawler tractor, a hot oven, a winding machine, and a coiler. The unit has compact structure and superior performance. The screw and barrel are optimized and the high-performance alloy steel 38CrMoAiA is used for professional processing. This machine has the advantages of uniform plasticization, stable extrusion volume, high output and long service life. The host barrel adopts cast aluminum heater for heating, air cooling, precise electronic control instrument to control temperature, and drive motor for frequency control. With the integrated design of the whole unit, the main and auxiliary machines run synchronously, featuring high efficiency, high performance, and high stability. It is the ideal equipment for producing PVC fiber reinforced hoses.
