Introduction
It consists of automatic feeding system,single screw extruder,die head,forming machine, winder. It is mainly produce PE/PP/PVC double wall corrugated pipe.

Plastic single-wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance, resistant to corrosion and abrasion, high intensity, good flexibility, etc.
Application of Pipe:
They are widely used in fields of auto wire, electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipes of lamps and lanterns wire, tubes of air conditioner and washing machine. These corrugated pipes are especially used as wires of the up-market cars, electric conduit pipe passing, washing machine, air conditioner pipe, lamp pipes, etc.
Machine's Features:
Plastic double-wall corrugated pipe production line developed by our company adopts gears to run moulds and templates so as to realize water circulating cooling and air cooling of the products, which ensures high-speed molding, even corrugation, smooth inner and outer pipe wall.
1, Equipped with two high-efficient single screw extruders and notching machine barrel to ensure effective extrusion of different materials for two walls.
2, Highly effective cooling system can ensure high speed production in continuity.
3, Nitrogen treated moulds and adjustable wall thickness device can ensure production with different materials and HG degree.
4, Corrugated moulds are made of precisely casted special alloys which can provide high precision and pressure resistance as well as good heat elimination effects.
5, Advanced pipe end expansion functions reduce much investment cost and enhance productive force.
6, The line adopts advanced Siemens PLC control system and large liquid crystal screen handling system, which realizes high automation, reliable operation and easy handling
