Widely used in the hydraulic cylinder of the heavy machinery, Cranes, excavator also forklifts. Material is various, mainly STKM-13CT ST52 CK45 and 1020. We can also offer ascustomized seamless steel tube.

3. SRB&Honed seamless steel tube

ID Roughness: RA0.4micron(max)
Length: 6m(max)
Inner roughness: Ra0.2-0.8um
Straightness: 1:1000 or customized
This process can improve the roughness of the inner tube to 0.2-0.8um and make inside tube more smooth which can be used for cylinder directly.
Our Process
Equipped with JLB250T hydraulic cold drawn set, LD120 cold rolling set, annealing furnace, strong honed machine, polishing machine, lathe, saws CNC skived and roller burnished machine, kinds of testing machine.

Delivery condition
1. NBK(+N)
after cold forming, eventually above phase transition point, in a protective atmosphere of annealing oxidation medium
2. GBK(+A)
after cold forming, annealing in non oxidizing medium protective gas
3. BK(+C)
the final heat treatment after cold forming, therefore small steel pipe plastically, the plastically degree does not guarantee
4. BKW(+LC)
after final heat treatment, a tiny cold drawing deformation, continue again when machining steel pipe allowed inside certain limits cold deformation(bending, flaring)
5. BKS(+SR)
have a stress relief after cold forming, heat treatment, steel pipe can be carried out within a certain limit in the appropriate processing
