Seamless steel tube, made of whole metal, without seams, so called seamless steel tube.According to the production method, seamless tube divided hot rolled tube, cold rolled tube, cold drawing tube, extruded tube, top tube, etc .Our product is cold rolled or cold drawing then honed or SRB(skived rolled burnished) ,the surface polished some lathed.
Seamless steel pipe is mainly used for petroleum geological drilling pipe, petroleum chemical cracking pipe, boiler tube, bearing tube and automobile, tractor and aviation with high precision structural steel pipe.
ASTM1045 is a medium carbon high quality steel with a high strength. It is used for manufacturing parts with higher strength requirements, such as hydraulic cylinder tube ,gears, shafts, piston pins, and mechanical parts with less stress.
