1. Hydraulic Cylinder Tube------Main products of Xinpeng,
Used in the hydraulic cylinder of the heavy machinery, Cranes, excavator also forklifts. Material is various, mainly STKM-13CT ST52 CK45 and 1020. We can work and get the mechanical property of the clients need and extended the life of the hydraulic cylinder.
2.SRB tube ----- used inElevatorbuffer and Hydraulic Cylinder .This kind tube have a better roughness inner the tube, ra0.2-0.4um and can use directly in the hydraulic cylinder tube. Range: ID 50-250mm and Length can work at most 6M.
3. Cold finished tube---- Widely Used. Processing range 30-300mm, biggest length is 11M.

Delivery conditions:
Precision tubes are delivered in following conditions
BK (+C) Cold finished/hard (cold finished as drawn).
No heat treatment after last cold forming process.
BKW (+LC) Cold finished/soft
After last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass (cold drawing).
BKS (+SR) Cold finished/stress relieve annealed.
After the final cold forming process the tubes are stress relieve annealed.
GBK (+A) Annealed.
After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
NBK (+N) Normalized.
After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the upper transformation point in a controlled atmosphere.
Tests: 100% eddy current test, chemical and mechanical inspection, size checking and others
Pocess
3. The packaging process and other terms
Transportation: by sea
20' FCL (means the length than 5,800mm)
40' FCL (means the length than 11,800mm)
Bulk cargo (means the quantity is more than 200MT)
With regards to other length or quantity, it should be taken by clients themselves
Delivery time: 10-30days to the dispatch port after receipt of T/T or L/C at sight
Optional: wooden box; caps; vanished coating. Clients should pay for this fee
Payment: T/T or L/C at sight, T/T 100% in advance (the order less than 30MT)
Price item: FOB, CFR, CNF, C&F, CIF
Origin: China
Third party inspection: BV, SGS, Lloyds. The Expense need to stand by clients.
