Description of DN50 4-20ma liquid turbine flow meter
LWGY series turbine flow meter adopt advanced technical of abroad flow instrument, characteristic of simple structure, high accuracy, good repeatability, convenient installation/maintenance etc. This flow meter is mainly used to measure liquid flowrate of closed pipeline, the liquid must without no fiber, particles and other impurities, can not corrosive with 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13, corundum Al2O3, and cemented carbide, the kinematic viscosity less than 5×10-6m²/s under the working temperature.
Features of DN50 4-20ma liquid turbine flow meter
Good accuracy, usually can reach to ±1%R,±0.5%R, high accuracy can reach to ±0.2%R;
Good repeatability, short-term repeatability can reach to 0.05%~0.2%;
Output pulse frequency signal, it is suitable for metering and connected to the computer, no zero drift, strong anti-jamming capability;
Can get very high frequency signal(3~4kHz),Strong signal definition;
Large rangeability, large and middle size can reach to 1:20,small size is 1:10;
Simple structure,convenient installation/maintenance, flow capacity;
For high pressure measurement, idon't have to open hole on instrument, easy to made into high pressure type instrument.
