Descriptions:
25 kw electric submersible sand pump designed to handle a wide range of slurries and abrasive particles in submersible applications in mining and insustry.
25 kw electric submersible sand pump are avaliable in 72 different models in sizes ranging from 80mm to 400mm(3.15-16 inches) discharge and are capable of flow rates from 23 to 2400 cubic meters per hour(100- 10560USGPM) and head up to 64 metres(210ft).
25 kw electric submersible sand pump can pass solids up to 60mm(2.4inches) in diameter enabling them to transfer dense slurries with large abrasive particles.
Features :
1.Wear parts are all constructed with abrasion resistant materials - chromium alloy; so pumps have better stability & longer service life.
2.Unique mechanical seal device can prevent the electric motor from high pressure water and impurities; thus high suction efficiency can be ensured.
3.In addition to the main impeller, a pair of agitation impeller is equipped to help break and mix the sludge.
4.Easy installation, operation and cost saving, since no additional vacuum pump or pump house is needed.
5.Professional technology support is provided during the whole process of the usage and maintenance.
