2CY electric industrial oil gear pump
applies to delivering lubricating oil or other liquid properties similar to lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers at temperature below 200 ℃ and with the viscosity of 5 x 10-6 ~ 1.5 x 10-3 m2 / s (5-1500 cSt) Boiler Ignition Diesel Oil Gear Pump
Reducing the speed, the pump can deliver the liquid that the viscosity can be up to 5x104 cSt.
Application scope:
1. It can be give performance as transfer pump or booster pump in oil delivery system.
2. It can be used as fuel pump for delivery system, pressurization and injection in fuel supply system.
3. It can be applied as hydraulic pump supplying hydraulic power in hydraulic system.
4. It can be applied as lubricating pump in all industry fields.
Structure feature:
2CY electric industrial oil gear pump
is mainly composed of gear, axles, pump body, pump cover, safety valve, axle-end seal etc. The nitriding-treated gears have the advantage of higher hardness and wear property, and they rotate with the axles inside the replaceable bearing sleeves. Four bearing sleeves are installed suspended in pump body, and can be automatically adjusted with facing gaps clearance complying with pressure change, therefore, it results in stable pump pressure, little discharge, flow pulsation and higher volume efficiency.
The direction of rotation is clockwise viewed from coupling end.
