HYPERFLOW HPC series centrifugal pumps are high-end centrifugal pumps developed for different customer groups and different application fields. The design concept of this series is strictly in accordance with EHEDG standard in Europe and American 3A standard. All impellers are fully open impellers. There is no dead spot in the chamber when contacting with materials. It is suitable for the most stringent condition of sanitary sterilization. All parts in contact with materials are AISI 316L stainless steel. In order to make this series of pumps have good pressure resistance, anti-seismic, anti-corrosion, impact resistance and low noise ability, the thinnest wall thickness of the pump chamber is 6 mm at least, which also enables the pump to operate well in various poor conditions. In order to make the flow more smoothly in transmission process, HYPERFLOW optimizes the flow passage in the pump chamber according to the principle of hydrodynamics, minimizes the secondary eddy current of the material in the pump chamber to the minimum, greatly reduces the heating and thermal effect of the material, and greatly improves the working efficiency of the pump.
Developed by a team with decades of experience, this series is fully functional, able to cope with different working conditions, smooth flow, durable, easy maintenance, and extremely low NPSHr value. Even if the medium contains gas and solid particles, it can operate normally. HPC series has different sealing options for customers to choose under different working conditions, single/double seal with flush option. At the same time, in order to cope with different working conditions, HYPERFLOW also provides different sealing materials for customers to choose to ensure the perfect operation of mechanical seals in different media environments.
