Introduce：
AS Capsule/Tablet/Granule Sample Weight Checker can be used to inspect weights of capsule,tablet,granule and other medicines of batch production.It helps monitoring the condition of pharmaceutical production process,recording sample data and alerting for abnormities to control the production in a more efficient way.
This machine can be connected to your capsule filler. It will randomly take some capsule samples for weight inspection. If the weight values of these samples are out of range, the machine would send a direction to stop the filler and give an alarm to the operator.
All data will be recorded and categorized for further analysis.
Principle
AS Checkerigher's feeding port is able to connect to the discharging port of capsule filler,soft capsule machine,tablet presser,forming machine and other equipment.According to the predetermined time and sample quantity,it takes some samples from the batch and weighs curves and prints the history.When the weight is out of the limit,AS Checkweigher alerts the operator and stops the producing machine based on the severity to avoid defects from producing.
AS Checkweigher has advantages of :monitoring changes of bill weight by taking and testing sample repeatedly,working 24 hours a day,responding fast to abnormality,authentic digital data,digital records for management,storage,query or location,data integrity and so on.The efficiency of AS Checkerigher is way beyond manual sampling.
