Introduction
The brushless capsule polishing & sorting machine (PCS) has an original polishing mode.with long-fiber cloth,it solves the problems of poor,low efficiency and wipe capsules softly.Slices of dustless cloth on the plate are very soft ,easy to setup,remove,and clean.They polish capsules thoroughly as polishing by towels with human hands,harmless to outside surfaced of capsule.After capsules come our from the filler and before they enter the polishing plate,the sorting unit of PCS is able to eliminate empty and half-empty capsules as an extra function of PCS.
Working Principle
The plate and the spiral track were set horizontally.After entering the center of track plate,driven by the low-speed polishing plate,capsule move along the spiral track gradually to the outer circle.In the process of movement,dust on the capsule surface will be completely wiped away by cloth.The giant collector beneath the track has the same diameter as the plate.No dust flying while the plate slowly rotates to polish the capsule.Subjected to gravity and suction,all fallen dust will be sucked into the collector,preferable to flying around or sticking with the brush with common works of polishing.

8.Sampling: as unit for a plus function,to take capsule samples and test their weights while polishing others.Data of weight will be recorded and monitored for any change.There will also be an alarm for out-of-limit values to control abnormal conditions in time
