1. Fermentation system is usually composed of 6/12 fermenter tank, specifications is from 100L to 2000L and all species diversity, can also be customized according to your need;the equipment bladder using international standards of high quality stainless steel material welded together, PU high pressure foaming insulation cone bottom structure;outsourcing can use stainless steel mirror, dumb light ,carbon steel ,spray and other forms according to customer demand .
2 .Adopts international standardization beer fermentation production technology, the internal mirror polishing which can achieve ≤0.8um≤0.6um≤0.2um polishing quality standard and fully meet the beer fermentation, PLC automatic cleaning ,disinfection system requirements.
3 .Fermenter cooling jacket, can meet the technical standard of countries all over the world, adopts the Maitreya edition ,arch channel ,corrugated channel ,screw and clip swap hot way to meet different cooling medium and the pressure of the heat exchange technology needs.
4.Connection with washing sterilization pipeline is between the fermenter material pipelines, cooling return pipe and Co2 pipeline. All stainless steel pipeline contact with material adopts health level ISO or PIN standard pipe, both inside and outside wall polishing to meet the food hygiene standards.

Thermal insulation material: Polyurethane (PU) foam, Insulation thickness: 75MM.
3.Manhole: side manhole.

5.Bottom design: 60 degree cone for easy to exist yeast.
6.Cooling method: Dimple cooling jacket.
7.Cleaning system: Fixed-round rotary cleaning ball.
8.Control system: PT100, temperature control;
9.Dry hops adding device on the top.
With: CIP arm with spray ball, pressure gauge, Mechanical pressure regulating valve, sanitary sampling valve, breath valve, Ice water solenoid valve, drain valve, thermometer etc.
10.Stainless steel legs with bigger and thicker base plate, with screw assembly to adjust leg height;
11.Complete with associated valves and fittings.
