I.The Description of pepper roasting machine
The pepper roasting machine is a new type roaster machine which is heated by electromagnetic or gas heating, made by food grade stainless steel, no pollution, energy saving, fast heating, high efficiency and safty. It had widely been using in these lines, such as leisure food, oil press plant, tea processing, pharmacy and so on. This type roaster has won widely popular in Domestic and foreign.

1. The pepper roasting machine adopt stainless steel to ensure hygiene of
roasted material.
2. High temperature: the highest temperate can reach to 400℃
3. Energy-saving :
Adopt integrated pan, preserve heat to radiate outwards. Heat efficiency can reach over 95%,can save over 45% power consumption than traditional roasting machine.
4. Environmental friendly: This roaster heated by electromagnetic, without any
carbon pollution to environment

6. Time-saving and electricity-saving:
Our barley roasting machine can reach over 200℃ in 30s.
It consumes 0.6kw to roast 5kg sunflower seeds, 0.55kw to roast 5kg sesame
seeds.

Temperature precious can be 2%, so that the quality of every batch can be
ensured to the same quality and of the same color.

1. All machines, which is less than a full container, are packed by the standard wooden case for exporting. So it is safe and strong enough for a long journey fromour factory to your place.

in our factory by our workers. Also, all the machines will be fixed onto the container.
