Located in Shanxi, China, where the local people used to make forging weapens over thousand years, Shanxi Rayforce co., ltd. specialized in forging flange & pipe fittings. Our products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, water, electricity, mechanical, etc.
We supply all tpes of forged flanges such as weldneck, slip-on, socket weld, threaded and blind as per ANSI B16.5 & asa b-16.5 covering sizes from up to 52" (1300NB), pressure ratings from class 150 to 2500 and temperature rating -200℃ to 815℃.
Rayforce Machine supplies pipe fittings butt-welded such as elbows, returens, tees, reducers etc. as per ASMW B16.9. The butt-welded ends are prepared as per ANSI B16.25.
Our factory has the API certificate. It has modern workshop of 30,000 sq.m, integrated with forging, heat treatment, machining, physical and chemical test, surface treatment enquipment and an over 200 engineers and workers team, ensures our annual capacity of 4,000T output.
