Large CNC Gantry Moving Machining Center For Drilling Milling Boring Model LTX
APPLICATION
This machine adopts gantry column not moving and the worktable moving structure. It is used for milling and boring processing of workpieces. It has both drilling and tapping functions. After selecting the right angle head and universal angle head, it can realize 5-sided processing. It is suitable for processing fields such as shipbuilding, metallurgy, petrochemical, electric power, energy, mining machinery, construction machinery, and heavy industry machinery. Computer digital control in the machining process, it is easy to operate. It can realize automation, high precision, multi-variety, and mass production.
FEATURES
1. This machine is fully digitally controlled. CNC system controls servo automatically position and feed to ensure the accuracy of the drilling position;
2. The column & base of the gantry are connected as a whole, with good dynamic and static rigidity;
3. The movable gantry is installed on the left and right rail seats, with good dynamic and static rigidity. The worktable is stationary;
4. This machine adopts numerical control ram type drilling and milling power head, which has high drilling precision, high efficiency, convenient use and simple maintenance;
5. It has the functions of light milling, drilling, tapping and chamfering.
6. There are a number of T-shaped grooves on the workbench, which are used to clamp fixtures and workpieces.
7. Equipped with a tool cylinder. It is extremely convenient to load and unload knives.
8. Linear guide line and ball screw fully protected and not exposed;
9. Automatic lubrication device & Protection device. All moving (rotating) parts are automatically lubricated regularly;
10. Fully digital numerical control system control adopts German Siemens numerical control system, equipped with USB interface and LCD liquid crystal display. The operation interface has functions such as human-machine dialogue, error compensation, and automatic alarm.
