1. COCOA BEAN ROASTER
the process of cocoa roaster: the cocoa bean should be roasted at high temperature 100-120 degree ,
The whole process takes about 30 minutes to ensure that every cocoa beans after roasting, exudes a rich cocoa flavor.

3. COCOA LIQUOR MAKING MACHINE
the grinder machine grind the cocoa bean into paste/ butter called cocoa liquor, also known as bitter cocoa material. Warmed Cocoa liquor having the characteristics of the liquid, cooled cocoa liquor into block.

5. COCOA CAKE CRUSHER AND GRINDER
after press, you can get cocoa cake and cocoa butter, cocoa butter is used to make while chocolate.
cocoa cake is used to make cocoa powder.
cocoa cake is very big, you have to use a crusher to crush the cake into very small pieces. then you can use a grinder to grind the
cake into powder, by 30 mesh 50 mesh, 100 mesh 120 mesh and so on.
