5.Self-suck ink device can keep the plate surface humid when the motor stop , which can control the anilox roller racing circulate ink and cleaning the anilox roller automatic.
6.All the transmission axle and roller are made by the high-quality steel plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
7.All the gear was spray lubrication.
8.Numerical control electric phase device was used to every mostly roller , and it need to enter error number to adjustment at once , which can improve the working efficiency.
9.Automatic Counter Device can correct control the produce quantity.

Feeding part:
1、Frequency conversion of suction can adjust the wind volume, and the wind pressure can be adjusted by the size ofthe paperboard, increase the thin board and the bend board convey stability and accurately.
2、The feeding paper roller adopt pneumatic type elastic feeding paper, don't destroy the strength of corrugated board.
Die-cutting part:
1.Die cutting department were driven by servo-motor independently to keep coordination with feeding, printing according to all kind of range of die cutter speed.
2.Motor control the gap between rubber roller and mould roller digit display.
3.Without phase adjustment and speed different compensate device , the machine still can keep the speed of die cutter equal.
4.With air-operated elevator device.
5.Without side breakage transmission structure and injecting gear oil to lubricate.
6.The service life of rubber cushion is longer 15%-25% than others.
