TUBE-1600 Tube furnace is heated with MoSi2 heating elements.Temperature is tested by type B thermocouple and controlled by708P auto temperature controller. Temperature accuracy can reach to+/-1℃. This furnace has vacuum equipments and can be filled with several kinds Protection gas, which enlarge it's application fields. This furnace has high temperature, exact temperature accuracy, and easy to handle and maintain. It's widely used in metallurgy, mechanism industries etc, and research department of colleague and Scientific laboratory.

Features:
1. Operation Temperature: 1500°C ( 1600°C for short time).
2. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina fiber ceramic insulation.
3. Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower teperature in outside case.
4. PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier).
5. Power control with 30 segments programmable.
