1.washing machine:

Bubble cleaning machine is suitable for: cleaning, soaking, sterilizing and fixing of granular, leafy and root products such as leafy vegetables, edible fungi, fruits, aquatic products and Chinese herbal medicines.

working principle:
The material enters the water tank and is fully dispersed, tumbling, cleaned and transported under the action of high pressure water flow and strong air bubbles. The sediment eluted from the surface of the material sinks into the bottom isolation bin, and there is no tumbling backflow to cause re-contamination. The debris and bugs floating in the water are collected through the mesh of the de-doping mechanism, and the filaments, hair, and the like are cleaned by the roller. 2.air drying machine:

The air drying machine is air-dried with a large air volume and low noise fan. The air dryer is designed to be repeatedly turned over and conveyed, and has an anti-wind device to prevent the blow dry corner. The air dryer has a good drying effect. The equipment adopts frequency conversion and the speed is adjustable and the conveying is stable.

The air drying machine effectively removes water droplets on the surface of the material, greatly shortens the preparation of labels and packaging, is suitable for assembly line operations, and improves the automation of production.
