1.Description of the almond processing line:
The almond production line is suitable for large-volume flow operation, clean shelling, high completeness rate and easy to clean. It is an ideal choice for processing enterprises such as large almonds, hazelnuts and jujubes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
We can also design custom production lines according to the size of the customer's needs and the size of the raw materials.

2.Pictures of the almond processing line:
1)Hoist machine:
The raw materials enter the screening machine through the hoist (single screen or drum screen selection). The size is divided into three or more levels, and the three shellers are respectively taken out through the hopper.
2)Shelling machine:
The shelling gap of the shelling machine is adjusted according to the size of the raw materials, and the cleaned nuts are completed. The shells and kernels of the shells are separated into two shell kernel separators. (Large fruit and small fruit can be combined to one separator)
3)Shell separation:
separate the shell and the kernel, one nut is out of the mouth and the other is out of the shell. There are summary strips that are integrated into the stock sifter.
4)Screening machine
The machine consists of two-fifth vibrating screens, one screening and grading at the same time, and the movable sieve screens are 6--10 mm. According to different varieties, the sieves are divided into qualified size classes.The storage screening machine screens out the impurities in the shell and quantitatively feeds into the soaking machine.
5) Soaking machine: soaking machine automatic constant temperature system soaking nuts, automatic feeding and discharging.
6) Wet peeling machine: The wet peeling machine removes the soaked nut skin.
7) Air-dried belt: After peeling, the nuts are manually picked and removed from the nuts and sent to the hoist.
8) Cooling package: The nuts are cooled and cooled by the hoist into the drying and cooling machine. The finished products of the nuts are normal temperature and the materials are directly packaged.
