The manual book of Shelling machine for almonds:
Before use this machine , should check the products size ,then adjust the distance between the rollers ,make three different level , the roller distance should be less than the shell about 1-1.5mm .
1, After the roller distance is adjust ,can running the machine ,the flowchart of running the machine is : the shaking machine ---the third class roller ---the second class roller ---the first class roller ---the conveyer –the feeding ..
2, First feeding should be a little ,check the roller first ,if the seeds broken more ,should stop the machine and adjust the roller again .until the machine running good .
3, If need to stop the machine ,should stop the motor first ,then is conveyer ,the first class roller ,the second class roller ,the third class roller ,the last is stop the shaking machine .
Attention:
1, In the working time ,the conveyer is easily run a wrong way ,so please check it and change the screw in time .
2, Should add the lubricant on the belt ,bearing ,and check the screw on time .
