1.Description of the almond shelling machine:
1) The almond husking machine is mainly used to strip the hard shell of a variety of apricot kernels and hazelnuts.
2) This almond husking machine can remove the hard shell of three grade apricot cores by adjusting the gap of the first, second and third processing shelling rolls.
3) The almond sheller machine: it is a first-class shelling, the gap of the stripping roller can be adjusted, the size of the apricot kernel is not the same, and the small adjustment gap is taken off before the small one is taken off. The gap of the press roller should be 1-1.5mm smaller than the deflection of the apricot core.
Working principle of the almond husking machine:
The hazelnut sheller machine consists of a hopper, a hoist, a first, second and third stage processing rolls, a discharge screen at all levels and a total vibrating screen.
The hazelnut cracking machine rotates with a chain, vibrates and discharges, and is connected by a strut between the vibrating screen body and the frame, and a special rubber sleeve is used at the joint. It has the characteristics of durable shock absorption.
For example, the apricot kernel material has a large flat diameter of 15 mm, a flat diameter of 12 mm in the middle, and a small flat diameter of 9 mm. According to the raw materials, the first time, the first de-rolling gap is 14 mm, the second de-rolling gap is 11 mm, and the third-time de-rolling gap is 8 mm. It adjusts the gap according to the raw material to achieve the broken nut.
