1)Multi-purpose baking machine:
It is mainly used for baking or drying peanuts, peanuts, cashews, chestnuts, walnuts, almonds, swallowed beans, coffee beans, seeds and other granular materials.
It adopts rotary drum, heat conduction and heat radiation principle, and can be designed to use coal electric fuel and infrared type according to customer requirements.
When it is baked, the baked goods are not in contact with the fireworks. The baked products are of good quality, hygienic and tasteful, and can all meet export standards.
2)Dry way peanut peeling machine:
This machine adopts the method of rolling and peeling. It has the advantages of stable performance, long service life, good peeling effect, high productivity, low half-grain rate and good quality. It is suitable for processing all kinds of peeled peanuts, almonds and so on.
3)sugar coating machine:
It is a special equipment for processing peanut surface noodles, hanging sugar and wrapping.
The machine pours the roasted peanuts into a bucket and rotates to evenly blend the additives (flour) into a certain shape.
4)Swing oven:
This machine adopts the flat rotary stirring function, which is mainly used to process the peanut oven with red clothes. The box body and the internal rotary screen are made of stainless steel.
In the baking process, the peanuts and the swirling sieve body rotate together, so that the peanuts can be evenly heated to achieve the desired baking effect.
5)flavouring machine:
The barrel of the machine is designed as an octagonal type, which avoids the disadvantage that the raw material of the ball seasoning barrel does not flip.
The food material to be processed can be thoroughly mixed with the desired seasoning in a short time, and the food material is automatically tilted out of the tube. It achieves the purpose of automatic mixing and automatic discharging.
6)Cooling machine:
It is suitable for cooling products after baking. This machine is composed of speed control transmission, cooling box and cooling fan.
The centrifugal cooling fan is used to pass the airflow through the layers of the cooling box to achieve the cooling and cooling effect, and has the characteristics of flow operation, electromagnetic speed regulation, high output, no damage, no pollution, and good cooling and cooling effect.
