Introduction of liquid bottle filling Plant:
It is mainly used for bottled water washing,filling and capping. It is separated ,so it is good for low capacity. Its main parts and material connecting with liquid are all made of SUS304 Stainless steel. All elements are from world famous brands. It is easy to operate. It has a beautiful appearance, realiable and stable performance. What is better , it meets the regulations of environment. It has a long using life.
Feature of liquid bottle filling Plant:
1.This series production line collected washing, filling, capping, labeling and packing machines together.
2.It is suitable for kinds of beverage production, like juice, tea production, simultaneously only change sone spare parts, then it can be used in the pure water, mineral water production line.
3.We adopted advanced normal pressure gravity for filling, the filling effect are fast, steady, quasi and equipped with the material recirculating system, realize back flow independently, not contact with material and avoiding second pollution and oxidation.
4.This equipment can satisfy with filling request of lower than 95 hot filling, filling valves and pipes material are according to sanitation standard, at the same tine, there CIP self-cleaning interface there is RO water rinsing device before capping ensure bottle mouth is clean.
5.The whole production line adopts human-machine interfaces, touch-screen, PLC computer controller and other advanced technologies.
6.With automatic inspect system of filling temperature automatic, caps supplying material high-temperature alarm, low-temperature shutdown and automatic return, no bottle, no vorer, wait when lack of bottles, lacking caps shutdown and so on, realize no bottle, no filling.
