SUS 304 stainless steel water sprayingautoclave sterilizer immersion sterilization retort
Production Description
Steam is directly injected in the bottom of the retort for fast and uniform come-up. Water sprays running over the entire shell length intensely mix the steam and water and create a homogeneous temperature distribution that results in a uniform process throughout the retort. Indirect, sterile cooling via a plate heat exchanger saves water and eliminates the need for water treatment chemicals.

3. Plastic Container: PP bottle, HDPE bottle, plastic bowl, ham sausage, pure milk
Prodution Feature
1. High temperature short time sterilization. Prior to sterilier retort water heated to the required temperature, thereby shortening the time of sterilizing, improve work efficiency.
2. Save energy, increase production. In the sterilization process used in the working medium can be recycled, saving energy, time and manpower, material consumption, reduced production cost. Two sets of retorts work at the same time with one water tank, can improve one time productivity than the double-layers retort.
3. For flexible packing products, especially the big packing, heat penetration speed, good sterilization effect.
4. Heat distribution uniform, easy control the product quality.

You can fly to qingdao airport,our company is 1 and a half hour car driving away from qingdao,we can pick up you at qingdao city.
2.Installment, commission and others
The charges for installation and commissioning (if required by the buyer (user)) of these equipments are excluded. It will be charged at US$100 per person per day. Theround-trip air tickets between China and buyer's (user's) country, accommodation,insurance, food should be on the buyer's (user's)account.
