Product Description
Application Scope:
It is mainly suitable for sterilization of medical instruments, dressings, rubber and liquids in township hospitals, community hospitals and operating rooms.
Main performance characteristics:
1. Manual opening and closing door, self expanding door seal ring, simple and safe operation.
2. With pressure safety interlock, liquid program with temperature door safety interlock; if it is double door sterilizer, with double doors interlock to ensure effective isolation of the inspection of packaging and sterilization area, and sterile goods storage area.
3. Main Body
The main structure is single-layer circular structure with strong load-bearing capacity and long service life.
4. Microcomputer program control, LCD screen and touch button. The whole process is automatically programmed to control, automatically display the operating process state, temperature, pressure, time parameters, and automatically display the chamber temperature, pressure operating curve.
5.There are sterilization procedures such as fabric, instrument, lumen instrument, implantable instrument, rubber, liquid, gravity program, fast program, custom program etc., and BD test, cavity PCD test, vacuum leakage test and other test procedures, as well as manual control procedures, drying and other auxiliary procedures. Custom programs can change the working parameters according to the actual situation.
6. Through the real-time printing process data of the built-in micro-needle printer, the thermal printer printing record is inconvenient for long-term storage. The temperature, pressure, sterilizing items, sterilization time and operators of the sterilizer are printed out.
7. Intelligent Maintenance System: Remote monitoring and maintenance module is optional, which can realize remote monitoring and remote software upgrade of equipment operation. Automatically count the number of components used and check the status of components, warning maintenance information is sent to users timely, including door rubber ring replacement prompt, air filter replacement prompt, door lifting mechanism lubrication maintenance prompt, filter cleaning maintenance prompt etc.
8. Built in independent steam generator, external steam is not necessary.
9. Pipeline system: 304 stainless steel hygienic grade pipeline, clamp connection, welding seam are all welded by automatic pipe welding machine; the main control valves are imported Japan brand SMC solenoid valve, SIHI direct water ring vacuum pump imported from Germany (MMQ. SD - 0.08 equipped with diaphragm vacuum pump).
