Foam block making machine, foam block and lump machine is used to dissolve waste foam, such as foam fast food box, cake box, foam packaging box material, thermal insulation material and foaming material, and omentum white pollution rubbish, etc. after being broken, it is heated through screw and plasticized and extruded into lumps to facilitate transportation and sale. After screw heating and plasticizing, it is extruded into lumps to transform into ABS polystyrene plastic lumps, which are convenient for transportation and sale.

Feature of foam recycling melting machine

1.The whole machine structure and the axis and the blades are carbon steel.

2.Twin shaft crushing blades. This machine adopts manual feeding, the material will be crushed by the twin shaft blades and conveyed to the barrel of the main machine through the screen.

3.The screw of the main machine can convey and heat the material to melt condition, then extrude them and hydraulic blade cut them to pieces for easy storage and transportation.

4.The shapes of the products can be designed according to customers' requirements.
