Introduction to [AC capacitor destructive test rig]
53XX series AC capacitor destructive test rig is designed and manufactured according to IEC60252-1 ed 2.0: 2013 standard (S3 capacitor), with AC/DC simultaneous output. Panasonic PLC Programmable Controller (FP-X0 C38AT) was selected to measure the parameters and the working state of the instrument through the PLC self-embedded AP-D conversion module. All the parameters and the working state of the instrument were displayed and set on the 10-inch color touch screen (TK6102iH) of the Taiwan Violenton. Various parameters of power off memory; Humanized interface, easy to operate. The instrument also has automatic voltage regulation Automatic timing and over-current over-voltage protection functions to ensure the safety and reliability of the work of the instrument. The instrument has the advantages of simple operation, good performance and high reliability, and is equipped with a safe and reliable explosion proof test box. This equipment is suitable for the destructive test of AC capacitors (type S 3 capacitors).
