It adopts (MITSUBISHI) company's programmable controller (PLC) to control pulse output and lifting valve. The reliability is good, the fault is low, the pulse interval and the unit interval can be selected according to the field requirements, and the dust removal effect is good.
PLC control cabinet product characteristics: output voltage optional DC24V. AC220V equal voltage level (specify when ordering), output gate number can meet all requirements of customers. Under the premise that all the hardware is imported, the software has been approved by the experts, and the field performance is stable. In addition, the temperature control and differential pressure control can be carried out according to the requirement.
Compared with the pulse controller, the PLC control cabinet has many control points and high reliability, and can be designed and manufactured arbitrarily according to the user's requirements. At the same time, it can control the lifting valve, star unloader, screw conveyor, main fan and other dust accessories is an indispensable control instrument for large bag dust collector.
