TXP type ceramic cyclone dust collector applied the effect of the peak velocity field spread in the cyclone tube on the smoke rising, and set the rising tube and secondary separation chamber as well as the center exhaust pipe. The smoke from the inlet flows into the cylinder at the designed speed. The smoke is separated by the centrifugal effect, and the dust from the upper to the lower falls along the cylinder to the ash trough. The flue gas increases along about 0.6 cylinder diameter with the peak velocity of rotary flow. The local flue gas with high concentration of micro-dust flows into the secondary separation chamber along the rising cylinder wall at high speed and then returns to the cone through the bypass air duct.The secondary separated smoke is discharged from the central exhaust pipe by the outlet. Because the upward swirling velocity of the uplift tube is much higher than that of the main tube, the dust can be used for the secondary separation. Greatly improved the efficiency of all dust removal.
