Slant Bed CNC Lathe CK30A Main features
High rigidity. 60° slant bed structure, CNC machine tool consists of base, bed, vertical slide, horizontal slide, and headstock; the main basic parts are analyzed by finite element structure, reasonable structure and high rigidity.
X, Z direction feed adopts precision roller with heavy duty type lead screw with double nut preloading. The servo motor is directly connected with the lead screw through high torque and low inertia elastic coupling to ensure positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
High rigidity. X and Z axes are supported by Taiwan’s silver linear guide rails, which greatly improve the support stiffness; the high-strength cast iron material with a nominal width of 30mm on the guide rail, resin sand molding, and sufficient secondary aging to make CNC lathe machine tool The basic parts are highly rigid and ensure the stability of CNC machine for sale for long-term use.
