      GHW100 is a convertd five-axis vertical and horizontal machining center,milling head with a B-axis,C-axis continuous drive able,high-speed electric spindle and other import feature,Being able to achieve a workpiece clamping,all processing procedures,in addition,up to 60m/min rapid traverse speeds can greatly shorten the degree of non-processing time and improve processing efficiency.

The bed is integral T-shaped bed,shock resistance increased b 15%,design layout is vertical,horizontal bed inverted T-shaped structure,the structural design is very compact,3feet isosceles triangle structure distribution,installation and commissiong very convenient.

X using the plane to move three-rail track layout.this design allows a constant stiffness moving parts on the whole trip,precision machined to ensure the consistency of the whole trip.

X,Y,Zcoordinates feding servo motor directly coonected to ball screw drive,Improve the dynamic response performance of each axis.3linear axes are made of high-precision,high load,high speed,high rigidity,low noise linear roller guides,smooth movement without crawling.And are equipped with HEIDENHAIN encoders for position detection,to ensure the accurancy of the location of the processing accuracy.

C-axis using OTT worm wheel to ensure the  high accuracy.The design of the OTT worm wheel  not only ensure the higfeed indexing accuracy high, but also can quickly adjust in the long time running wear, recovery precision.

Double planetary gearbox, can realize high torque cutting linkage condition.
