The vertical drilling and tapping center is a high speed drilling machine tool which is special for parts manufacturing. It can meet the high speed drilling and tapping demands as well as the high-speed milling process , especially suitable for IT and automotive parts processing industry .The machine is of good rigidity, symmetrical structure, fast dynamic response, high accuracy, good stability and easy operation. It can finish milling, drilling, expanding, boring, tapping and so on. Drilling and tapping center in a single piece, mass production for small box parts of the top of the hole or plate type parts of the hole on the surface of the porous process of processing . It is applicable for mass processing of precision parts in mobile phone industry.
The characteristics :
The model of machine parts is made of aluminum and wood combined and polished by resin sand . The workbench is made of HT250 cast iron and other parts are made of HT250 cast iron . After two artificial aging treatment , they are good stability , high strength , accuracy stable and reliable .
The spindle of the machine tool is BT30 and the full set from Taiwan professional supporting manufacturers ( POSA or KENTURN ) , the important parts are processed by strengthening . With the world famous brand P4 special spindle bearing and using KLUBRNBU15 grease lubrication ,the whole spindle set is assembled in the constant temperature condition . Then there would be computer balance calibration and run the test to make the whole set of spindle long life and high reliability.
The ball screw of X,Y,Z three axis are C3 level double nut pre tightening ball screw made by Taiwan professional auxiliary manufacturers (HIWIN) . Both ends of the ball screw rod bearings are P4 level 60 contact angle and special for the ball screw , and three axis ball screw are pre stretched , thus ensuring the transmission of high rigidity, stable and reliable .
The three direction of the machine tool is the overload linear guide , ensure dynamic response of machine tool , overcome the problem of large friction force of the rail surface of hard rail machine tool and the resulting problem of creep. At the same time to solve the problem of ball guide carrying capacity insufficient and cutting ability not enough .
The lathe bed, column, table, saddle, spindle box pieces are made of high strength cast iron and polished by high quality resin sand, so make the machine tool to get high rigidity and stability of the long term . The internal layout of triangular stiffener makes the bed heavy so that the machine can get high rigidity and stability.
