The High Performance Butterfly Valve offers a three-dimensional multi-layer metal hard seal (Stainless steel on stainless steel). When the valve is opened or closed, the frictional stroke between the sealing surfaces is short, the service life of the sealing surface is long. The tighter the valve is when closed, the more reliable the sealing performance is. The elastic nature of the composite metal seal gives the valve zero leakage.
It adopts three eccentric structure design to reduce the friction between the sealing surfaces, and realizes the triple compensation effect of the valve in the actual working condition, which makes the valve have higher performance and longer life.Right-angle rotary frictionless design is achieved through a unique three-eccentricity principle that eliminates friction between the seat and the seal in a 90° switch rotation. The use of lead-free oil-free self-lubricating bearings has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity, good wear resistance and low frictional resistance.The truss flow-through structure is adopted, and the streamlined design is realized locally on the valve plate, and the casting quality of the valve plate surface is improved, and the flow resistance is reduced. The stainless steel ring is embedded in the valve body and has a tapered structure, which facilitates fluid circulation and improves the casting quality of the valve body cavity and reduces flow resistance.Using epoxy resin electrostatic spraying, high performance and corrosion resistance, more suitable for harsh working conditions and prolonging service life.
