Spiral dryer fabrics for paper machine

It is suitable for drying large quantities of packaging paper, cultural paper, board and pulpboard. It is widely used in papermaking, coal mine, food, medicine, printing and dyeing and rubber products industry, and can also be used as conveyor belt and composite machine matching mesh belt.

It has the advantages of large air permeability, smooth surface, arbitrary dismantling, good strength and long service life. The special material also has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high wear resistance and aging resistance.

It is made of polyester single filament wound into spiral ring and connected by weft to form spiral mesh. It has smooth surface, good air permeability, high temperature resistance and interface. It is widely used in drying of paper industry, production of composite fabrics, drying and conveying of food and medicine, etc. 

Main uses:

Mainly used for paper drying and textile printing and dyeing drying. It is suitable for speeds below 600 m/s, suitable for bottom mesh of horizontal belt vacuum scrubber (instead of rubber belt)
