3layer vibrating screen mineral classifying separator machine is used the vibration motor or general motors drag the excitation device, make sieve body vibration force along the direction for periodic reciprocating vibration, in the screen surface material along the straight line direction for parabola, thus serves the screening purpose.
3layer vibrating screen mineral classifying separator machine is consisted of vibration source sieves the body, the strainer, the antivibration device and the bottom. Vibrating screen the first floor always using the sucker rod of oil field(you can see pictures below)Sieve machine lateral plate is made of high qualified steel plate. Lateral plate and beams, vibration objects bottom building adopts high strength bolts or ring groove rivet connection. The structure is reasonable, firm durable.
Application field
3layer vibrating screen mineral classifying separator machine is new type efficient screening equipment. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building material, electricity, chemical and other industries, especially for metallurgy. It is also widely used screen machinery in the coking plant, concentrate plant .The machine adopts the new energy-saving motor or vibration exciter as vibrating source, and the rubber spring supports and isolates the vibration.
Technical process
Mineral mixture going into feeder hopper,after high pressure water washing then screening by vibrating screen and to be classifid to be 3 sizes of ≤6mm,6-30mm,≥30mm whichone is useless directly get ridding to the waste pool.
The mineral in size 6-30mm getting into shaking slucie(jerking slucie) to recover,and scrap going into waste pool.
Finally the size ≤6mmflow into the sand pump where it’s sending to horizontal cvd concentrator to get concentrate.
