Brief Introduction
Construction building using sand makingmachine,dewater screen machine,sand making plant,sand washing plant adopts dual-motor self-synchronization technology. The motors coordinate with universal eccentric and adjustable amplitude vibrator. When the two motors start to work, the vibrators move reversely at the same time. The centrifugal force is generated by the eccentric blocks superpose themselves and form a single direction vibration. The high frequency vibration drives the screen move back and forth in line repeatedly. So the sand will be dehydrated and filtered.

Technology process:
The raw material by excavator into the shaking feeder, separating out the useless materials, reducing the wear strength&improving work efficiency of trommel screen; and then through the feeding conveyor into the trommel screen to be separated into big size and small size,the big one transporting through the conveyor to the waste area;
The small one getting into the material tank through sluice and the first cleaning is carried out through the bucket type sand washing machine, and then the second time washing by sand washing machine,finally the clean sand transported by conveyor.
