BOREY Model W1 SMT Pick and Place Machine is specially designed for industrial PCB production with small-batch, also suitable for R&D work in companies and for education purpose, which is refined on the design and the machining, being more compact with stronger ribs based on the previous version. Nice rigidity and high installation accuracy is ensured by the whole polishing treatment on the machine. The imported precision lead screws are applied in the whole machine to ensure accurate and reliable mounting during the production.

Full-automatic PCB Conveying

1.Full-automatic PCB Boarding and Leaving System.

Detection and Recognition System

1. All Industrial CCD playing different roles are to maximize the mounting productivity based on the designed accuracy.
2. The Mark camera (Mark Point) being installed on the mounting head assembly is searching for Mark Point in the corresponding region by image recognition algorithm, the exact coordinates are calculated by software, and the mounting position coordinates for the components are generated.
3. after picking the component, the head places the component exactly by different visual identification CCDs (high speed CCD and single high definition chip recognition CCD).
4. The consistency of resetting accuracy of SMT machine is perfectly achieved by the combined effect of software and hardware.

Original Ball screw

The stronger imported precision ball screw and the silent linear guide rail are adopted to ensure the mounting accuracy within 0.01mm.
