1.Introduction:

1) Transmission System

The single-side hot press machine adopts speed adjuster motor and chains transmission.

2) Heating System

The equipment adopts 4 pcs of “U” shape lamps of far infrared ray which can heat the insulating glass in the upper and lower direction.And the lamps can adjust the temperature automatically.

3)Roller Press System

There are 6 pairs of heat-resisting rubber rollers, which can press the insulating glass.There is a digital thickness adjusting device. We can adjust the distance between upper and lower rubber rollers and the max. pressing thickness is 30mm.

4) Tilting System: there are 2 sets of SC63*700 air cylinder connecting air cylinder. The tilting table is controlled by foot switch.
