3 This system include air motor, main ingredient pump, proportion pump, platen, feed pump, glue gun, puddler, proportion testing station and other devices.Using adjustable supercharging ratio of synchronous linkage mechanism, adapt to material ratio of different material(6:1-14:1), and have special ratio inspection station.

 

4 Using adjustable supercharging ratio of synchronous linkage mechanism, After adjusting air pressure the first time, we will not do anything, then, supplying glue, proportion, mixing and spraying. Every time only need to gently pull the gun trigger, can make the whole system start. Sensitive high pressure valve can make operation and use more secure.

 

5 All parts connected with fluid water adopt high quality stainless steal, seal ring adopt import excellent Teflon material and seal is durable and reliable.
