SBG 500 developed by US absorb advanced technology from foreign countries plastic machinery industry. This UPVC Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line is the latest study achievement in the plastic extruding area. The whole extrusion line is suitable for the high speed extrusion of UPVC material. The complete line is adopted human-machine interface control system. It makes high automatical degree, stable production and great output become true. We adopt two efficiency single screw extruders with high extrusion capacity in this line. There are special designed co-extrusion moulds made by alloy steel for making huge diameter UPVC corrugated pipe. Double spiral design with excelent quality alloy steel of the moulds can meet all of the production requirements.
This plastic corrguated pipe machine is made of vibration sieve, high speed mixer machine and cooling machine, material feeder conical double screw plastic extruder,(single screw extruder) handpiece, double-wall accordion pipe shaper, plastic pipe-expanding machine, pilling bin, water chilling unit, air compressing machine. It can be used to produce PVC, PE plastic double-wall accordion pipe and plastic single-wall accordion pipes.
Extruder:
High speed, high efficiency extrusion conical twin-screw extruder is specially designed for extrude PVC material, equipped with forced fixed-quantity feeding system, automatic temperature control system, vacuum exhaust system and automatic speed control system. This structure assures accurate controlling for the material temperature, plasticization stability and greatly improving pipe quality.
Die head:
It is composite die head and made of high quality 40Cr alloy steel, chrome plating and polishing. This die head makes the inner and outer layer wall thickness even and forming stability.
Corrugator:
Corrugator is adopted horizontal structure with chain type transmission, equipped with forced air cooling system. It greatly increases the production speed. Mold moving adopts synchronous upper and lower mechanical drive system and advanced self-lubrication system. It assures moving accuracy and pipe quality stability.
Mold blocks:
They are corrugated forming molds which are formed by special aluminum alloy material through precision casting. They have high precision and strength, and excellent heat dissipation.
Cutting machine:
High-strength alloy steel blade, rotary cutting, smooth pipe incision, dustless cutting. The tracking device makes the cutting location precision. Germany SIEMENS professional PLC programmed controlling system makes operation easy and sensitive.
Control system:
It adopts SIEMENS professional PLC control system, 15 "large color touch screen human-machine interface, high automation, reliable running, easy operation, remote communication function which can realize remote fault diagnosis and rule out the possibility.
