Shinway Medium-duty Attic-style Racking, usually using medium-duty pallet rack as the main support and floor panels (depending on the total load weight of the rack unit to determine which rack to choose), the floor panels are usually selected from cold-rolled steel floor plates, patterned steel plates or steel grille plates.
The medium-duty attic racking is to build an intermediate loft on the existing work site or rack to increase the storage space. It can be used as a second and third-floor loft. It is suitable to access some light foam and small and medium-sized goods. It is suitable for multi-variety or large quantities. Multi-variety small batches of goods, manual access to goods. Goods are usually sent to the second and third floors by forklifts, hydraulic lifts or freight elevators, and then sent to a certain location by light trolleys or hydraulic pallet trucks.
The medium-duty attic racking uses cold-rolled steel plates, which have the advantages of strong bearing capacity, good integrity, good bearing uniformity, high precision, smooth surface, and easy locking. There are many types of options, and it is easy to match the lighting system and access. Management is more convenient. The load capacity of each unit shelf is usually less than 500kg, the floor spacing is usually 2.2m~2.7m, and the top shelf height is generally about 2m, which fully considers the convenience of the staff.
The specifications of the medium-duty attic racking column are 60×50×1.5mm or 70*50*1.5 dedicated shelf column profiles. The high-quality strip steel is cut by flattening, automatic rolling mill, punching, and cutting according to the customer's specified height. The column bracket and connecting beam piece are made of high-quality cold plate bending and punching.
The overall structure of the medium-duty attic racking is assembled, without the need for on-site welding, and the overall appearance is beautiful and generous. Compared with the concrete structure or the steel structure, since the bottom shelf itself plays the supporting role of the upper floor, it has the advantages of low cost and high space utilization.
