Qingdao Shinway Medium-duty Drawer Racking with Electronic lift is a kind of rack which mainly stores a variety of mold items, according to the requirements of loading capacity can be divided into light Drawer Racking and heavy Drawer Racking. The top of the rack can be equipped with a mobile hoist truck to facilitate the lifting of the mould.
Shinway Medium-duty Drawer Racking with Electronic lift is usually welded with rectangular tubes and 4.0 bending parts to form overlay steel plates. The guide groove is formed by bending 4.0 steel plate. The top and bottom are connected by crossbeams, and the top is covered with roofs. The roof can store articles.
The Drawer Racking with Electronic lift is made up of pillars and pull rods. The guide groove is installed on the pillars. The upper and lower parts are connected and fixed by crossbeams. Then the drawer pallet is installed in the guide groove. The limit pin and guide rail are upper, and the roof is laid at last.
If there is no traveling crane in the factory building, ceiling track and cranes can also be erected on the rack posts, and manual or electric mobile hoist truck can be installed. ceiling track shall be welded with beams not less than 100 x 50.
When the black embryo is finished, the whole parts can be packaged and shipped by shot peening, oil removal, rust removal and the last surface treatment process of playing.
