Main Features of Shinway Medium Duty Pallet Rack
The rack column is made of cold rolled steel plate by special cold bending forming machine. The front of the rack column punches double rows of holes. The holes are arranged in a straight line from the distance between 50mm. Column holes are used for hanging beams. The two columns are opposite, and a transverse connecting pipe and an inclined connecting pipe are arranged in the middle to assemble the two columns into the column pieces of the rack.
The cross beam of the rack is made of P pipe (commonly known as the stepped beam), and the height of the ladder matches the height of the laminate.
The cross beam and the pillar piece are connected and assembled into a frame, and steel laminates are laid on the left and back, thus forming a complete set of medium-duty pallet rack.
The rack steel plate is made of cold rolled steel plate and bent by four sides according to the required size.
All parts of the rack are processed by grinding, pickling, phosphating, automatic powder electrostatic spraying, drying, and other processes to assemble the finished proucts.
