Capacitive liquid level transmitter is based on the principle of capacitive sensing. When the measured medium immerses the height of the measuring electrode, it changes its capacitance. It can convert the change of various level and liquid level to standard current signal, and transfer it to the operation control room for secondary display or computer device for centralized display, alarm or automatic control.
Its good structure and installation method are suitable for continuous detection of various liquids under severe conditions such as high temperature and high pressure, strong corrosion, easy crystallization and easy clogging. It is suitable for measuring the water level of sewage, acid and alkali solution, and boiler. The whole machine does not have any movable or elastic parts, and is resistant to impact, easy to install, high in reliability and high in precision. It can replace the traditional floating ball type, input type, differential pressure type and other liquid level transmitters in various occasions.
The capacitive level gauge measures the liquid level of a highly corrosive medium, measures the liquid level of the high temperature medium, and measures the liquid level of the sealed container, independent of the viscosity, density, and working pressure of the medium.
The core components are converted to standard electrical signals (typically 4 to 20 mA) using an advanced RF capacitance detection circuit through a 16-bit microcontroller with precise temperature compensation and linear correction. Optional HART, CANBUS, 485 communication protocol for system configuration. The full range of transmitters are self-calibrating, allowing users to automatically calibrate “zero” and “range” with two buttons to suit different requirements in complex locations.
