Dajin compact single-stage vane pump has low noise, because the size of the suction port is large enough, the resistance through the suction port is small, thus realizing low noise operation.

High efficiency - The elastic cushion system keeps the lateral clearance constant, so the low pressure pump has no blockage and wear, and can maintain stability and efficiency.

Low Pulse - Because the cam can not reduce the displacement change, the operation sound is small, the pulsation is small, so the stability is good and other characteristics have a uniform flow, smooth operation, low noise, small size, light weight and so on. It is widely used in machine tools, construction machinery, ships, die casting and metallurgical equipment. The working pressure of medium and low pressure vane pump is generally 8 MPa, and the working pressure of medium and high pressure vane pump can reach 25 MPa to 32 MPa. The disadvantage of vane pump is that it is more sensitive to oil pollution than gear pump, and requires higher cleanliness of oil. Because of the influence of blade throwing force, oil absorption speed and wear, the speed of vane pump can not be too large or too small, and it can generally be used in the range of 600-2500 rpm. The structure of vane pump is also more complex than gear pump.

The vane pump is mainly divided into two forms: single-action (once for suction and oil drainage of the rotor in one rotation cycle) and double-action (twice for suction and oil drainage of the rotor in one rotation cycle). Compared with single-acting vane pump, double-acting vane pump has better flow uniformity and basically balanced radial hydraulic pressure on the rotor body.
