MISSION2500 high centrifugal pump
The thick, replaceable shell wear pad with strong concentric bushing provides longer life than conventional scroll design. Concentric design greatly reduces turbulence and abrasive wear. The wear of the pad enables the casing to be repaired at a lower cost than the replacement of the whole casing.
The wide semi open impeller produces axial thrust to improve the bearing life. The semi open design reduces the life of the impeller after lengthening the mechanical seal or packing and filler particle concentration.
Enclosure seal groove protection.
Replacement filler box lid double stuffing box bolt.
The optional packing box can be used for single and double face mechanical seals and can be used for flushing.
Long life without adjustment can be close to zero leakage mechanical seal.
Replaceable shaft sleeve prevents shaft wear.
Single row tapered roller bearings for improving bearing life.
Bearing oil can be recommended to exceed 2400 rpm at user speed.
Double angle contact bearings eliminate shaft end activities to increase bearing and seal life.
Large bearing protection seal standard. Lip seals are recommended for lubricating pumps.
The optional flange bearing housing can be used for hydraulic transmission.
The outer clearance of the impeller is adjusted to prolong the service life of the pump.
Large heavy-duty axle reduces deformation of filler and mechanical seal for longer service life.
Solid foundation provides stiffness and strength.
Casing jack bolts simplify removal of housing.
Replaceable casing wear pad.
Easy to access pre access leak.
The back blade reduces the collection of solid stuffing box and tank pressure decreases.
