Cantilevered shelf is an important form of rack. Cantilevered shelves are suitable for storing long materials, ring materials, plates, pipes and irregular goods. The cantilever can be one-sided or two-sided. The cantilever rack has the characteristics of stable structure, good load capacity and high space utilization. The cantilever shelf columns are mostly made of H-beam or cold-rolled section steel. The cantilever is made of square pipe, cold-rolled section steel or H-beam. The cantilever and the column are connected by plug or bolt. The base and the column are connected by bolt, and the base is made of cold-rolled section steel or H-beam.
Cantilevered shelves are suitable for storing long materials, ring materials, plates, pipes and irregular goods. Cantilevered shelf columns are mostly H steel or cold-rolled steel, and cantilevers use square tubes.
Cold-rolled section steel or H-section steel, cantilever and column with plug-in or bolt connection, base and column with bolt connection, base with cold-rolled section steel or H-section steel. The goods are accessed by forklift, travelling crane or manual operation. The shelf height is usually less than 2.5 meters (up to 6 meters for forklift truck access), the cantilever length is less than 1.5 meters, and the load per arm is usually less than 1000 KG. Such shelves are mostly used in machinery manufacturing and building materials supermarkets. After adding shelf, it is especially suitable for small space, low height warehouse, convenient management, wide field of vision, and higher utilization ratio compared with ordinary shelf shelf. According to carrying capacity, it can be divided into three types: light, medium and heavy.
Cantilever shelves are ideal solutions for storing bulky, scattered or other special products. Cantilever shelves can be divided into single-arm and double-arm shelves. They can store wood, pipes, strips and other similar products efficiently. Cantilever shelves are made by installing external cantilevers on traditional shelf pillars and are special shelves for long objects.
