Bag house dust collector is a new type of dust collector wit high efficiency. Our company has absorbed advanced technology abroad and produced products according to the national situations. It combines the advantages of sub-roo, reverse flow and jet pulse bag house together, which overcomes the shortage of energy, the defects of cleaning dust and filtering which causes dust absorption twice. The collector adopts efficient offline cleaning, which leads to high energy and good efficiency, low resistance, long service life of filter bag, high effectiveness and so on. It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, electricity, chemical industry for purifying dust.
This collector is formed by different chambers and filter bag in several kinds of types, which are 32, 64 96 and 128. The diameter of filter bag is Ø130mm and length is 2450mm and 3060mm.
2.Use reverse blowing in high temperature to prevent condensation effectively.
3.Use new materials for cleaning dust and the machine is with reliable tracking system of gas temperature. It can adapt to various conditions.
4.Because of automatic control, the machine is easy to be operated with good reliability.
5.The dust collector is with air box, which avoids partial damage and inconvenient installation.
Rotary dryer working principle: Wet material goes into the feeding hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then through the feeder goes into the feed pipe. The feed pipe slope is greater than the natural inclination of the materials, so that the material can inflow the rotary dryer smoothly.
